Ignite — Foundations

Placement is based entirely on demonstrated capability, not age — a Level 1 athlete and a Level 3 athlete may train side by side, each working toward their own milestones.
The Cycle
12-week progression cycle.
01
Acquisition
Weeks 1–9. Skill & strength standards are built progressively, session by session.
02
Mock Evaluation
Week 10. A practice run-through of the assessment criteria, with coach feedback.
03
Official Assessment
Week 11. Athletes are formally assessed against their level's milestones.
04
Promotion
Week 12. Promotion decisions are made and certificates are presented.
